Description of Service

iwmi provides an invisible watermarking service that embeds imperceptible digital signatures into images to prove ownership and protect against unauthorized use.

• You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for watermarking
• Watermarked content remains your property with embedded proof of ownership

Prohibited Content

You may not upload or process content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Contains explicit sexual content or pornography
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iwmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
