Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

  • Refunds are only available for the first-time purchase of a subscription.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Usage limits may apply; accounts that have processed a significant volume of images may not be eligible for a full refund.

Renewal Charges

Subscription renewals are automatically charged. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges unless there was a technical error on our part. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
